Reproductions of classic 1940's Spinner Ornaments, these are made of plastic, about 3" - the birdcage style ornaments encases a metal spinner. When placed over a heat emitting light bulb, the blades spin inside creating a sparkling effect. These work best with old fashioned light bulbs that generate some heat. Set of 2, new in gift box.
